Jessica Diaz, MA, LPC

Jessica Diaz, MA, LPC, has practiced therapy in community mental health settings across Milwaukee working with families, children, adolescents, and adults. She utilizes person-centered and strengths-based frameworks to encourage a collaborative growth process.

Treatment Philosophy

Jessica understands that therapy can be a complex, confusing, and amazing process that fosters internal healing through relationship. Her therapy approach centers from a humble place of understanding and highlights the possibility for hope with gentle challenge and honesty.

Throughout her professional career, Jessica developed a strong knowledge base of therapy models, which allows her to develop the best plan to meet your needs. Her areas of expertise include:

Jessica is passionate about community outreach and provides psycho-education surrounding trauma symptoms and trauma recovery in young children through young adults, harm reduction strategies for teens/young adults, parental and caregiver self care, emotion regulation and coping for children and teens, self care for community mental health professionals, and attachment formation between children and their caregivers.
