Jessica Diaz, MA, LPC

Clients appreciate Jessica’s knowledge of, and experience with, a broad variety of therapeutic strategies. Working together, she’ll help you open lines of communication, share your experiences, and empower you to create meaning and take action in your life.

Jessica Diaz, MA, LPC, has practiced therapy in community mental health settings across Milwaukee, working with families, children, adolescents, and adults. She utilizes person-centered and strengths-based frameworks to encourage a collaborative growth process. Currently, she is accepting clients ages 15 and older.

Treatment Philosophy

Jessica understands that therapy can be a complex, confusing, and amazing process that fosters internal healing through relationship. Her therapy approach comes from a humble place of understanding and highlights the possibility for hope with gentle challenge and honesty.

Throughout her professional career, Jessica has developed a strong knowledge base of therapy models, which allows her to develop the best plan to meet your needs. Her areas of expertise include:

Jessica is passionate about community outreach and provides psychoeducation surrounding trauma symptoms and trauma recovery, caregiver self-care, emotion regulation and coping for children and teens, self-care for community mental health professionals, and attachment formation between children and their caregivers.
