Dr. Jennifer L. Smith is a licensed therapist with over 10 years of experience in counseling. She has worked in a variety of professional and clinical settings, providing therapy services to teenagers, adults, and couples with a range of mental health concerns and/or substance use disorders.

Along with integrative therapy, Dr. Smith utilizes cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive therapy, psychodynamic therapy, motivational interviewing, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
