Sarah believes that you are born with the capacity to grow, change, and develop new skills throughout your life. She will help you learn to navigate challenges and find success.
Sarah Ness, LPC, CSAC, NCC, offers personalized counseling to children, adults, couples, and families to help them better cope with challenges in life and find peace and fulfillment. During her career, she has provided case management services, as well as therapy services in a psychiatric hospital setting, intensive outpatient programs, and outpatient care.

Sarah is experienced treating a broad range of mental health conditions, including more than five years as a alcohol and substance use disorder counselor. She has worked extensively with individuals and families dealing with chronic pain, terminal illnesses, and developmental disabilities. Sarah utilizes a variety of therapeutic techniques to meet each person’s individual needs. Her treatment is built off the foundation of a person-centered approach. She is highly skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and art and play therapy.
